very sleepy 2day...only able to be at home at 12.25pm and took 1hr b4 buat kuak lentang aku.Air asia punya psl la ni...if not mistaken aku booked all those tickets 4 our big day early on March of dis yr, it was accidentally under promotion ekceli. At first i was thinking to buy MAS la...sbb sometimes MAS quite cheaper compared to Air Asia...In fact from their services pun mmg Air Asia xleh challenge MAS pon...ok regardless about those thngs...my points:
- WHY we're not received any notifications pon yg dorang ni dah tukar msa from Bintulu ke KL...aeroll pon xterima gak. eeee dis time instinct aeroll mmg kuat...he asked me to double check sbb kwn dia pernah kne...cm siot je....
- very curious la with Air Asia nye system...sorry to say it's very worst enuf!Blh plak simply2 tukar time penerbangan by not considering on the impact at all. Flight asal aku bli it's supposed to DPT from BTU at 4.10pm but they changed e time to 6.10pm!Means we will arrive at KL almost at 9.00pm then yg aku skt ati..perlu ke kami terlepas our transit to KB;9.15pm.SHIT.hello....
- ummmm since da slh dorang maka tiket kami pon ditukarkan la....tp tu la eeeee...that guy when i met on April was promised me to arrange the very best kunun nye la...but...see!!!seems Air Asia ni xgna istilah 'Customer always right'!!!
- kesian ngan family nanti...need to stay at the airport to catch the next flight.pastu leh plak wat rilex je...at least give us something la...x appreciate customer lnsg la. Fortunately the officer yg entertained aku tu baik...TQ mr... xtau...ummm he kept listening we're mocking on itu ini itu ini....we've the right kn.
- conclusions dia plak kn:
- tolls from USJ to-LCCT: 3.80 x 2= RM7.80
- parking charged= RM4.50
- fuel= RM15.00 (approximately la)
p/s: all...pk dlu sblm book ticket ngan Air Asia k...their marketing strategy seems the very best tp...xnak ckp lbh la..huhuhu 'NOW EVERYBODY CAN FLY'.... ye lah sgtttttt
